II am Retired Navy with 20 years of service. This allowed me to train Sailors and Soldiers for different aspects of fitness. I took from the working with Marines “TRAIN LIKE
YOU FIGHT”, in the idea of my functional fitness works around our everyday movements. I specialize in Youth Sports Training and my clients are 10-17 Girls and Boys Basketball, Soccer, Track in small
group and personal training. Which allows me to be more specific in training and not as generalized as most trainers can be. Results of faster speeds, better verticals 3 inches or better, more
focused on the field and even in school, better recovery and less injuries have been found while training with me.
I do work with adults in group fitness and Personal training and have trained for weight loss to weight gain, for triathlons to just everyday better health needs. I understand the
journey of better health going through all phases of weight gain and weight loss through my life. I am a firm believer in setting goals and striving for them. I work with Nutrition aspect as well
recovery through triggerpoint training.
